1 loaf whole wheat baguette
10-12 fresh figs
juice of 1/2 orange
6 ounces dark chocolate (recommended: Santander brand Columbian Dark, or any dark chocolate above 70%), broken into small pieces
1/8-1/4 cup low or nonfat Greek yogurt (recommended brand: Fage)
sea salt, for garnish
Vanilla-Orange oil, for drizzling

Preheat oven to 350 F and preheat grill to medium heat.  Depending on size of baguette, slice into rounds 1/4 inch thick.  In a bowl, combine figs and toss lightly with oil.
Add oiled figs to grill and cook until warmed through and grill marks form, turning once for even cooking.  When finished, remove figs from heat and return to bowl.
Scatter chocolate pieces evenly across halved loaves and place baking sheet in the oven.  Remove when bread browns and dark chocolate begins to soften.  Scatter sea salt evenly across the bruschetta.  Top figs with yogurt, allowing yogurt to melt into the figs.
Transfer to a serving bowl, if desired, and place in the middle of a large platter.  Surround bowl with baguette pieces.  To serve, spoon a fig onto a baguette slice.
